New for 2019, the ROUSH JackHammer is a special edition “to be supercharged” Mustang! Built from a Mustang GT, the JackHammer takes the hard work out of supercharging by installing the components buried deep in the engine bay, as well as machining the front engine cover, before the vehicle leaves ROUSH headquarters.

Supercharger installation will be completed at the delivering dealership, with the new-for-2019 ROUSH TVS 2650 Supercharger unit to unlock the JackHammer’s full potential. Supercharged JackHammers are boosted to 710 horsepower – plenty of power to tear it up on the street or the track. JackHammers are available only in Fastback form, but in both 6-speed manual and 10-speed automatic configurations.

The ROUSH Stage 1 Mustang combines ROUSH styling and Ford’s refined 2.3L EcoBoost engine in a streamlined performance package. Ford has refreshed its 2.3L EcoBoost for 2019, and the boost in power led ROUSH to make changes specific to body and chassis tuning to create the ultimate lightweight Mustang. The turbocharged 4-cylinder Mustang produces an impressive 310 horsepower and 350 lb-ft of torque, and ROUSH body components add race-inspired styling.

Available options including ROUSH wheels and suspension upgrades allow the driver to tune the Stage 1 to achieve 1.07g skid pad performance ratings. A high-performance exhaust system is standard on the Stage 1 Mustang, and offers reduced back pressure and increased sound presence, delivered through a stainless steel system. Coated satin black tips are new for 2019.

The ROUSH Stage 2 Mustang combines the raw power of Ford’s 5.0L V8 engine with ROUSH styling and suspension to create the ultimate customizable Mustang. The 460-horsepower Stage 2 has been equipped with an aggressive body package, adding true race-inspired styling. Meanwhile, the upgraded ROUSH suspension is paired with ROUSH-designed wheels and Continental ExtremeContact Sport tires to add grip and curve corners like never before. The resulting combination boasts 1.07 lateral g’s on the skid pad.

Each Stage 2 Mustang benefits from state-of-the-art suspension upgrades including adjustable height coilovers and ROUSH-tuned valving. The result is no-compromise ride quality to allow for record track performance and comfortable street driving. For serious handling enthusiasts, an optional fully-adjustable 3-way suspension offers jounce and rebound adjustment.

The ROUSH Super Duty F-250 includes several key components to ensure that whether hauling materials to a job site, a race car to the track, or ATVs to the dunes, you’ll enjoy the ride. Maintaining Ford’s capabilities in towing and payload, the modifications from ROUSH are designed to work together and are backed by a 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty. The ROUSH Super Duty will allow you to tow with confidence, and turn heads while doing so.

At ROUSH, we have taken our off-road styling on the Super Duty to the next level, and we made each upgrade work together with a pre-titled FMVSS level of certification for safety and handling. Components have all been selected to maintain Ford’s best-in-class factory towing and payload capabilities – right down to the lug nuts.

Typical after-market wheels utilize a conical-style lug nut, which does not have the same clamping load as a washer-style with flat load bearing surfaces. The ROUSH difference – we use a flat-washer style to ensure safety, reliability, and to maintain all towing capabilities from the factory.

On the inside of the ROUSH Super Duty F-250, we made sure to provide a unique environment for all drivers. Custom ROUSH-embroidered headrest, serialized console badge and WeatherTech floor mats complement the truck’s exterior theme. Our optional ROUSH Console Vault and Off-Road Utility Kit will provide you with the tools you need to be ready for anything.

ROUSH 20-Inch Bead Protection Wheels wrapped in BFGoodrich All-Terrain T/A KO2 rubber keep the ROUSH Raptor planted firmly to the terrain. The bold wheel includes exclusive color-choice nylon-based bead protection rings, protecting from curb rash and off-road damage. The 35-inch BFG A/T KO2 tire is the perfect balance of all-terrain capabilities and road manners.

ROUSH® Molded Floor Liners by WeatherTech® maintain the cleanliness of the ROUSH Raptor’s interior, even when things get a little muddy.

In The Beginning

Jack Roush began his automotive career as an engine development engineer for Ford Motor Company in 1964. He soon discovered a passion for drag racing and formed his own team in 1970 with partner Wayne Gapp. The duo went on to win multiple championships in AHRA, NHRA and IHRA Pro Stock drag racing over the next five years.

Combining engineering with entrepreneurship, Roush founded Roush Performance Engineering in 1976 and began selling designs he had created for his own team to the wider world of motorsport. His tenacious, solutions-based approach brought great demand for Roush engines and components for drag, oval-track and hill-climb racing, as well as offshore power boats.

Continued Success On and Off the Track

In 1984, Roush returned to on-track competition in the Sports Car Club of America (SCCA) and International Motor Sports Association (IMSA) road racing series. Since then, Roush Racing has claimed 24 national championships and titles in the series, including 12 manufacturer’s championships and 119 road racing victories. Roush also earned 10 consecutive 24 Hours of Daytona sedan-class championships, with drivers such as Bill Elliot, Ricky Rudd, Kyle Petty and actor Paul Newman.

In 1988, Roush took his boldest leap yet when he moved his operation south to venture into the world of NASCAR racing. Starting with a single-car team out of Liberty, NC with driver Mark Martin, Roush established an unparalleled reputation for driver development, leading 13 drivers to NASCAR Rookie of the Year Awards and seeing 19 different drivers win in his cars. His multi-car efficiency model would become one of the organization’s most celebrated successes. Roush drivers made up an unprecedented five of the ten “Chase for the Cup” teams in the 2005 Monster Energy Cup season, coming off back-to-back series championship wins in 2003 and 2004.

Beyond The Track

Still an engineer at heart, Roush is also renowned for numerous technological and safety innovations. He was involved in the creation of roof flaps to disrupt airflow and prevent stock cars from going airborne, which are now standard equipment for all NASCAR drivers. In addition, Roush engine facilities supply the horsepower for several other teams in both Monster Energy Cup and Xfinity Series racing. Off the track, he is the founder of Roush Enterprises, a global supplier of automotive product development services to some of the world’s most dynamic industries, with facilities throughout North America, South America, Europe and Asia.
